Qigong, Fall 2019

…As I write, at the tail end of August, we are at the cusp of a seasonal shift. To help with making a smooth, healthy transition I have a new Qigong class (new convenient location too!).

• Begins September 11, 7-8pm.

The primary aim of Qigong is to gently build and regulate vitality by enhancing Qi.

Qigong is enjoyable, and anyone, regardless of current level of fitness can learn and benefit.   If practised regularly Qigong can lead to improved physical health, mental clarity and emotional well-being.
