Fountain of Youth

The closest to a fountain of youth I have found is the dynamic combination of hands-on shiatsu treatments  and Qi Gong (Chi- Kung): Chinese Yoga practice which increases awareness of and flow of vital energy.

If not ultimately the elusive elixir of eternal youth, at least a rejuvenating, life affirming practice for every body, young or more mature.

Qi Gong is easy to learn, requires no special clothing or equipment and requires nothing more than enough room to swing your arms freely and a willingness to take responsibility for your state of health.
