Life is complex and busy!
To cope creatively with the constant bombardment in our overstimulated lives,  simple tools are  needed to help us  “re-member”  who we are….., that we are human ‘beings’,  and not just human ‘doings’.

I am pleased to offer an introduction to the wonderful practice of Qi Gong. (pronounced “Chee Gong”, it is sometimes spelled Chi Kung and is popularly referred to as Chinese Yoga).

You will learn simple, yet powerful tools to help you bre-e-e-eathe, energize, and relax your mind and create a haven of peace, in a sometimes crazy world.

Having the support of a class setting can help to overcome our resistance to change and to develpop a healthy routine.

This is a gentle practice, suitable for all levels of fitness. No prior experience required. Wear comfy clothes.
